Salary: INR 18,000 to 25,000 per month CTC

We are looking for a business development executive with experience in similar role products/services, who will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle. This will include cold calling, lead generation, revenue generation and all other aspects related to sales and customer servicing.
· Lead generation & opportunity funnel creation through tele-calling / demonstration, counselling, relationship building and after-sales support.
· Execute prospecting techniques such as Calls and Email Marketing to hunt for new business.
· Direct Selling of our range of services and products to the teachers.
· Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
· Engage with the marketing team to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
· Cold calling for Business Development.
· Handling inquires and getting enrollments.
· Counselling of Teachers on courses offered and converting prospects into sales.
· Maintain and update daily calling database and ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets.
· Resolving candidate queries relating to courses offered.
· Maintaining day to day reports as required.
Desired Skills & Experience:
· Any graduate with good communication skills preferably from the education industry and sales.
· Must have good persuasion, rapport building, negotiation, listening skills.
· 1-3 years of relevant experience selling consultation.
· Willingness to grow within the segment & lead in future.
· Comfortable with start-up expectations.
